Sports Performance Workshops

Sports Performance Workshops provide an opportunity for athletes, in any sport, to experience training mental fitness in a way that translates directly to performance. The sports performance workshops are run with various themes and always cover a bit of theory, a bit of training, and a direct application to performance via sport-specific routines.

General Workshops

General Workshops allow anyone, athletes, and non-athletes, to learn about optimizing performance and cultivating emotional well-being through mental fitness training. Our general workshops can be held in any environment, regardless of access to a tennis court, golf range, soccer field, etc.

Coaching Workshops

Coaching workshops are for coaches who want to learn how to contribute to their athletes’ mental fitness journey. These workshops are tailored to a specific sport or a specific role. For example, fitness coaches will learn to implement 2Mynds in workouts, whereas sports coaches will focus on integrating mental fitness techniques and skills into routines. The coaching workshops are a core component of the 2Mynds Flow 255 Coach Certification.
